RANDOM
network was founded by architect Rafael Saraiva
and video-maker Paulo Mendel in 2004.
The study group began meeting in 2003 and was composed by
architects Thais Meireles, Ana Helena
Salgado and Ludmila Rodrigues among
others.
Artist Mariana Abasolo joined the group in
2005 and Adriano Ferreira in 2006. Adriano
was fundamental in developing our web and clothing designs,
working in renovation projects and model making.
Architect Diego Portas participated in our
first house project (Horto) and also invited us to partner
with Andres Passaro, Marcos Favero,
Natalia Mussi and Henrique Sanson
in the competition for the Stefan Zweig Centre.
Besides
Adriano, Isabela Bertazzi and Luisa
Tavares worked with great energy in our fashion collections,
and Daniela Serpa taught us a lot about 3D
design.
